"The staff here is very friendly and they work very hard to make sure you are knowledgeable and satisfied with your policy. They answer all question to the best of their ability and if they don't have the answer they will definitely find out. They return all calls promptly and efficiently. I have yet to be unsatisfied in the 8 yrs that i have been a customer."

"Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I was a customer for ten years, and they ignored my roadside request and left me stranded in the middle of the night. I then spent hours trying to figure out what happened and find a resolution and was treated poorly the entire process. Cancelled my policy today. Do not trust this company with your insurance. They will let you down."

"My family and I have been with State Farm for decades and I have never dealt with a more incompetent groups of individuals, specifically Verdell Jones and Shayla Parker. They somehow managed to mess up a basic renter’s insurance policy multiple times. What is even more disheartening is their complete lack of care for their clients as there were phone calls and emails that were never responded to. I decided to cancel my policy all together and in the course of the emails I had to type out basic subtraction for them explaining that I only received part of my refund, they still owe me money."
